Closed Loop Recycling

Closed Loop Recycling (a division of Waste Controllers Inc.) has developed a process to clean oil absorbent material and to refine the used oils extracted from the materials. This process turns three separate waste streams into three reusable products. The EPA encourages recycling absorbents by exempting the laundering of absorbents from Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)  and by excluding materials from the definition of solid waste.(More about absorbent recycling)
